Dr Christine Lukas is a product safety and sustainability professional specializing in European chemical and construction sustainability, including fire safety standards and regulations.
Christine has a background of more than 30 years starting as a government scientist followed by a move to a global multinational chemicals and plastics organisation in R&D and later into EH&S product stewardship and issue management. She was involved in and led various industry association stakeholders at both a national and European level. She is also an experienced leader in international standardisation with strong interpersonal skills and follows an outside-in perspective. Christine is keen to continue to seek sustainable solutions led by a sound science basis.
